- Application of terms

The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the customer or viewer of the website and “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website.
By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorised to access and use the Website, and you must immediately stop doing so.
All prices are in Singapore Dollars. We do not charge Goods and Service Tax (GST). The order will only be processed when the payment is cleared and reflected in MYOUKI’s accounts. You must also upload proof of payment (such as a payment or deposit receipt).
For Balloons order, amendments to existing order Or changes to delivery or collection date must be make known to us 3 days before your delivery or self collection date. Any cancellation of order must be made at least 3 days before delivery or self collection. Otherwise, strictly no refund.
To cancel or postpone an order, please contact MYOUKI between 11am to 5pm from Monday to Sunday (except public holiday) via the following method: Phone 90893223
For sticker orders, if designing works are required, no refund will be given after you have confirmed the sticker design. You agree that MYOUKI is not responsible for any errors within the design. Printouts may have slight colour deviations and we will not guarantee the same colour as seen on your screen. Colours may deviate from previous orders and you ordering from us, you are agreeable to this condition.
For all other products, you must inspect the products before leaving our premises for self collection method. Products send by delivery have 2 working days to inform us of any defects from the date of receipt.
- Shipping and Delivery
For balloons orders, please ensure someone is around during your selected time slot. Any re-delivery will incur additional delivery charge. Please ensure the delivery timing or self collection timing is maximum 2 hours before your event starts. We will not be liable should your balloons start dropping to ground before the event ends.
For stickers and all other products orders, please inform of any defects within 2 working days of receipt. Myouki will not consider any complaints about defects or damaged goods 2 working days after.
Myouki reserves the rights at any time, with or without notice, to restrict, add, modify or remove in whole or parts of these Terms & Conditions in order to protect the interests of the company or under circumstances of abuse.
We take the privacy of our customers very seriously and are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected at all times.
When registering for an account or at some stages of the checkout process, you will be asked to provide certain information; delivery address, name etc. We only collect data from you that is relevant and necessary to complete your transaction with us. We do not store sensitive customers Financial Information (Credit or Debit Card Details). We do not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your consent or are required by law to do so.
